I am struggling to lose 100 lbs. I have been at this for 3 weeks I have lost 8 lbs. Need inspiration, i am going to post inspirational quotes for me and for you:
"Even if you lose a pound a week,
you'll still lose 26 pounds
by this time next year,
Just keep going!"

    Wouldn't losing a pound a week for a year equal 52 lbs? You would be about halfway to your goal!

    The quote says .5 of a pound not a pound but I still love this quote very much!!!! Its one of my personal favorites. Thanks for the inspiration
