Looking for new exercises and friends

Hi I had gastric bypass surgery November 30th 2016 best decision ever made I'm currently doing water aerobics 3 times a week and doing treadmill or ellipictal and weight machines for arms and legs 3 sets of 20 on each is there anything else yall recommend doing to change it up some have 10 more pounds to go of losing 100 Thanks

    You have done so well... good for you! I use a YouTube channel called Fitness Blender for exercise. Literally hundreds and hundreds of free video workouts, different lengths and types.
