Starting Up Again

Hi, my name is Liz. 2 years ago I started my fitness pal and lost 67 pounds. Recently I discovered I gained 15 pounds and I am devastated. Ten pounds for me is like 100 pounds for me. I want from 207 pounds to 150. I am now at 165 pounds and determined to take off those extra pounds and more. July 24, 2017 is the day I begin my routine once again. I am 48 years old and plan on looking 35 again....lol

Hi Liz. Yes you can lose the weight! I've been on this roller coaster for years. I'm frustrated I lost over 45-lbs and was only 5-lbs from goal approximately 4 months ago. For some foolish reason, I fell off the wagon, gave up on myself, and gained 30-lbs. I'm so tired of giving up on myself. So; it's a new day. I lost the weight and know I can do it again. I am worth it! I am worth being healthy! I'll be 50 in October. I am determined to be Fit & 50!0
