    YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Inside and out...Thanks for taking the time/effort to post updates and especially pics. I just dropped out of WW b/c I could never get to the meetings. I lost 22 there, so can't complain. My friend turned me onto this site...she has lost about 30 and raves about it, so thought I'd try.

    WHAT AN INSPRIATION TO SEE YOUR BEFORE/AFTER!!!

    I feel more encouraged and looking at my calorie counts has really made me realize just what I'm consuming.
