Well I'm new here. Just discovered this by accident. I am in terrible shape and about 100 pounds overweight. My goal is to lose some weight but gain better endurance in the next 3 months. I'm planning a vacation trip to smokey mountains. And want to go hiking!!! Lots of hiking:) anyone have any tips on just beginning to be in good shape in 3 months?? I have a desk job and don't get much exercise. But I do have a treadmill at home. I need inspiration!!!

    Welcome! Get on the treadmill and walk, every single night! Choose healthier food options, eat smaller portions. You'll do great!
