Fresca and diet coke

I like drinking these every now and then more so cause of summer I find them refreshing 0 calories so it doesn't really effect my deficit... but can it bloat?

    I drink diet coke and wine, but not together :o No bloating here either.

    I bloat from anything "diet" or sweetener. I have IBD and GP.

    Do you bloat when you drink it? Or are you trying to pinpoint the cause if your bloating? You'll have to test the theory to find out for yourself. Lots of people report that sodas cause them to bloat, but it only matters if they cause YOU to bloat.

    LOVE Fresca. Actually, I prefer the Wegmans knockoff, called Wedge. You can't beat $.89 for a 2 liter.
