So I give myself 1 cheat meal a week and most of the time I cook something decadent myself (pesto fettuccini, pork dumplings, butter herb pan fried salmon fillet, etc) but I'm planning to go out to grab some grub with some friends this weekend.

I know they plan on getting some Korean fried chicken and I plan on having 8 pieces (wings/drumlets). But I have zero clue as to how to log the calories? Any ideas?

Maybe log a similar entry like Buffalo wild wings. Not sure if they are breaded.

They're breaded and then deep fried and then smothered in sauce so basically the epitome of antihealthyfood haha

I love a good breaded fried wing... Pizza Hut carries a breaded sauced wingette. Try that for an entry.

It's all an estimate anyway and shouldn't matter in the long run. :)

You can look up the recipe online and log the ingredients used separately.

Ooh, good question... between being fried 2x and covered in sauce, they're calorie bombs... but soooooooo good!!!!! I like the idea of finding a recipe, might do that next time I hit up our Korean chicken place down the street!

    I'd log it as KFC
