Creating Purpose and Intention

I lost weight on here before. Fell off the wagon, got pregnant and now I have a baby. I am going to be an active mom. I want to show this little girl the meaning of feminine strength and vitality, and to give her that I have to be it. I have 75 lbs to lose, and I want to do it in a year. This year. What are your intentions?

To better myself as a whole. After some life events I realized to be the person I want to be I need to work past what hinders me, and start taking care of myself. Mentally, physically, and emotionally.
This way I can be around to share life with my daughter.0 -
I love that you spoke of your daughter and how she gives your goals some purpose. Underneath all my other issues, kid goals are there. I am working my butt off to lose an insane amount of weight because I want to be a normal mum when I can have kids. Although we will probably be using a surrogate, I need to be healthy so that my eggs are healthy and I can handle the whole process. I want to be able to be a wonderful wife and mother to someone someday and those future daydreams are huge motivation for me, honestly.1
