I have been working out over a year and was growing strong and my curves were coming back but not a lot of weight loss. So, I know it was the way I was eating. This has been a great app for me and I have lost 4 pounds in little over a week.
I hit the gym 4 - 5 times a week for up to 2 hours. I pick out a workout online and do it. Right now I am really into kettlebell workouts. I like to do compound exercises which really gets my heart rate up.
Just going keep going!
