Zucchini noodles? More vegetables!

I recently started to read a post about someone eating lots of veggies to fill up and mentioned how low cal a whole zucchini is! I am searching for that post again, as I have been making zucchini noodles and eating sometimes two of them with sauce! Need some more inspiration. Would like to find the post. Any ideas? Thank you

When I make zucchini noodles, I usually have 600-700g of them. the sauce I add is usually filled with meat and more vegies....

I add zucchini to most things to bulk them up or add vegies with little calories (even protein pancakes)

I recently purchased the Veggie Bullet system...they have blades for all kinds of noodles...the Udon noodle blade is good for Zucchini noodles...it keeps them fairly thick so when you add the sauce and other items, the noodles don't dissolve into the sauce...also, if you are making a salad, you can spiralize all kinds like carrots, parsnips, yellow squash, zucchini, butternut, etc...I highly recommend the Veggie Bullet system...you can shred, slice, spiralize, noodlize...it makes it all so quick and healthy!!!...I have lost 50 lbs so far and I never waste money purchasing presliced/spiralized/bagged veggies anymore and can eat real quick when I am starving too!!!

Have you tried broccoli slaw in addition to zucchini noodles?? I like the extra texture it gives.
I make a chipotle Alfredo like sauce and top with fresh green onions , cilantro and sautéed bells.
You can find recipes for chipotle Alfredo online prob. But I make mine with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to save on calories and get more protien!

I was craving pasta tonight but had no noodles and was too lazy to go to the store.
So I just microwaved a bag of frozen broccoli, topped with sauce and a serving of frozen Tyson chicken breast. Delicious, filling and low cal!
