JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ ROUND 11 ~ starting on 22 July 2017

In our first 100 days, we made great strides, and gained many insights into how our behaviour affects our weight. A significant number of us are finding this Challenge a useful tool in our quest for Health and Fitness.

Lets see what more we can do as we start our second 100 days consecutively!

Weighing yourself everyday? Controversial you may say? Well for me personally, checking the scale can be motivating. I read in a study of 3,500 people who maintained 60 or more pounds of weight loss for at least a year, researchers from the National Weight Control Registry found that 44 percent weighed themselves every day. Another study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that overweight people are six times more likely to lose weight if they weigh themselves at least once a day. I don't know about you, but it helps me and motivates me to keep going or to tweak what I did the day before. I never weigh more than just once in the morning. Our weight fluctuates constantly throughout the day with what we drink and consume, so only make it a 'once a day' rule for sanity sake. ~ @hillcrestbaby

Many thanks to @hillcrestbaby for starting this Challenge. I hope you don't mind if we continue it as it seems to be helping so many people.

Let's give it our best 10 days ever and continue with leaps and bounds into our second 100 consecutive days.

Here is what to do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

On your mark

@TerriRichardson112 I came in and posted my thread and I see you already posted it. On to round 11!
It won't give me the option to delete mine.

Which thread should we use? There seems to be more people on the other one that you started, @cyranda63
