Doing it right this time!

50yr Old Male UK who made bad life choices, smoked too much, worked too much and worked out too little!! Gave up 59 a day habit 7 years ago, weight ballooned to 25st. Started swimming and dropped to 20st in 2 years. Then plateaued because I was not tracking what I was eating. Took up cycling and last year cycled 900 miles End to End UK in just 7 days, but still 20st as convinced myself as long as weight not going up all was good. Now found indoor rowing and 6 weeks ago MFP... And by being honest with myself have kickstarted weightloss and now under 18st and fighting hard to get to 17st - which will be lowest I have been for over 20 years!
