Hi everyone,

Looking for healthy/clean meal options. I've been eating a lot of chicken and veggies. Looking to switch it up.

First you have to find out and decide what "healthy eating" is, and whether "clean eating" is a useful goal for you.

Then think about what you want to eat.

Then google recipes for those meals/ingredients, buy/borrow cookboks, or ask specific questions in the Recipe subforum.

Switch up the protein. Switch up the vegies. Switch up the cooking method.... Add some fat, you need it for good health.

... What's clean though? There are so many meals to eat, and foods to choose. Don't restrict yourself because of an arbitrary set of rules you think makes your diet "super healthy". There's more to health than what you put in your mouth.

Woo alert! Here goes: From activebeat.go, the top return on a google search for "what is clean eating":
    1. No Processed Foods
    2. Buy Local Foods
    3. Eat Several Small Meals a Day
    4. Exercise Portion Control
    5. Eat Fresh Veggies
    6. Drink Water
    7. Eat Whole Grains
    8. Shop the Perimeter
    9. Load Up on Fresh Produce
    10. Farm-to-Table and Raw Restaurants

Depending upon your location, get to your local farmer's market, buy veggies and fresh produce (but the list repeats itself) from the perimeter. If you don't have a local farmer's market, see resources for "water fast".

How are you defining clean op?

The whole clean eating thing is useless; what matters is context of overall diet, not individual foods....

or, just make sure that you eat fruits and vegetables, meet your calorie target, and don't worry about arbitrary woo woo rules about good vs bad carbs...
