Cardio or strength first?

I'm a bit stuck. I try and do 7 hours workout a week. I brisk walk to work and back about 3-4 days (30 mins per way), my jobs quite active (I work in a library, constantly on my feet and moving stuff around), and I try and do 3-4 spinning classes, a kettle bell class involving squats, about 700m marpo rope climb on a heavy level which is both strength and cardio workout which works my upper body and cuts down my migraines, along with about 200 abs exercises.
My problem is I find I ache more when doing strength before cardio.
I researched and sites advised strength work before cardio, but I feel more adrenaline and well doing strength after cardio.
What's so bad about doing cardio first? Anything?
I find I ache more if I do strength first, vwhich means I find it hard to exercise for the next 2 days

Strength training when you are slightly tired or the muscles are fatigued from cardio can result in poor lifting form.2

Sounds like you're getting in some awesome workouts, which is what counts! The general thought that I've seen on here is that you can lift more if you don't do cardio first. That would be relevant for those looking for huge strength/size gains. For overall fitness, I don't think it matters much. And if it feels better for you to do cardio first, then do so. You won't do any harm.0

What is your primary goal, cardiovascular fitness or strength? Do the more important one first.
Personally, I'd do strength training first if you're doing heavy work. The risk of injury lifting weights is greater if you're fatigued.
If you're doing light work (like light dumbbells or kettlebells) it doesn't really matter.1
