Hey all. Just added the app yesterday and started inputting my meals. I thought I was eating good, clean food... no soda, no sugar, no fast food.... then I uploaded my 3 slices of Turkey bacon w/my 3 eggs for breakfast then, added my half avocado I have a/lunch and I'm way over my daily fat goal. Makes me need to rethink my weekly menu.

    Fat is not bad, fat is important for hormones and it helps burn body fat. Play with the macros and see what works for you. The initial macro setting is terrible for most people.
