Some days , most of the time I think this ketogenic diet is so easy and feels so good I can do it forever. Other days I fall off the wagon spectacularly, eating everything in sight and being reminded what a food addict I still am
Perhaps keto isn't for you - why not just eat what you want without the keto rules, and see how your macro breakdown naturally falls? Keto isn't necessary for weight loss...
(I presume you're eating "food" when sticking to keto, so not sure how it's an "addiction" to eat food that's not keto. IMO it's more of a sign that deprivation/restriction doesn't work for you)1
