I hope everyone has a great Saturday! How do you stay on track over the weekend?

Lots of cycling ... sometimes hiking, but mostly cycling.2

I used to have a tough time one weekends, then I stopped drinking. Now I stay active on Saturday's (swim, walk, paddle, pilates) and do my planning, shopping and meal prep on Sundays. Boring, but effective.1

I'm lounging on the couch. I'm giving myself 5 more minutes and then taking off for the gym. I'm then possibly heading out tonight doing something other than eating and drinking. I'm glad I now have friends that see fun can be more than alcohol and high calorie foods. It's okay on occasion versus being my weekend routine.0

Weekends are tough because we eat out more, and I used to eat a ton. Even so now I try to make healthier options. Maybe skip the bun on a hamburger or get veggies or a salad instead if fries. I love fries, but lately I've just been making sweet potato fries at home instead.1

Yesss... im sitting here on the forums and procrastinating exercise
... i really dont know if i will do it on the weekends.. dont know how to motivate myself.
I will admit yesterday i skipped breakfast so that i could have some apple ciders later on.. bad but i think it'll work for weekends.
Only just started 2 weeks ago.0
