First gain in 6 months. Good or bad?

Just saw I gained 2 pounds since my last weigh in 2 weeks ago. I already have gone way beyond my goal having lost 35 pounds since January. I have been lifting a little heavier and eating a little more but still pretty clean. I just wonder if it's muscle gain or fat gain? Or both?

you didn't all of a sudden gain 2lbs of muscle in 2 weeks if that is what you are asking...more likely normal daily weight fluctuations.

If you have lost 35# consistently since January with no gains, consider yourself lucky! My loss is never that consistent. Keep on trucking!0

Sounds like normal water weight fluctuation. You're coming out of a deficit, increased calories and lifting heavier. All of these contribute to water weight gain. Keep tracking and monitor changes in 3-4 weeks.1
