What is a good way to keep motivated to work out everyday?

Remember why you want to do this in the first place. Set a time, then just do it. Don't keep looking for certain feelings.1

IMO, it's got to be a habit. 5:45 alarm, BAM out the door at 6. If I had to rally myself to work out every morning, I'd still be in bed.2

It's all about the routine now. Think of exercise along the same vein as brushing your teeth. It's just something you need to do to maintain your health.1

For me it's to do what brings me joy, satisfaction (physical and mental), and also keeps me in shape. That gets me out of the house even on days that I'm feeling lazy, looking for an excuse not to go. I know i will feel great and happy afterwards, so i gear up and go for it.1
