Heeey I'm Lucy!
I'm new on here thought I'd get the app to track everything properly and get a bit of motivation from others!
This will be my first proper cut I have about 15lb to lose but Want to lose as little muscle as possible as I've been working so hard to build it!!
I hate cardio I was built to lift weights not run ☹️☹️

Hi Lucy,
I don't enjoy running either. I like to walk my dog but other than that, I get very little exercise. I started with the app about three weeks ago after taking a few years off. So far I have lost over 20 lbs total, 6 lbs in the past 3 weeks. I am trying to lose a pound a week and I have about 17 more to lose. The app helps me to be more mindful of what I am consuming. I also think about taking more steps throughout the day.

Hi Lucy! Im also new on here. I would suggest keeping your protein high while cutting and to keep lifting heavy. This will help preserve muscle. Also, cardio doesn't exactly mean you have to run! My favorite machine for cardio is the stair mill. 20min fasted in the morning will do just fine. Hope this helps!0
