Leg and shoulder issues

I can only do seated exercise. How to work upper body when you can't raise one elbow above shoulder?

Can you do chest press, pec fly, rows, lateral and front raises? Leg press, extensions, curls?2

You do everything except overhead press.0 -
I can do most of those with a little pain. No extra weight though.0
