    Wow wasn't expecting all of these replies this morning. Thank you everyone! I have been looking at 2 different eatsmart kitchen scales on amazon. I think I am going to go to walmart and bed, bath & beyond to see if they have any and what the prices are.

    I got a digital food scale at Wal-Mart and love it. I weigh everything, and it keeps me honest. It was one of the best purchases I have made for my weight loss journey.

    Just want to come back and say I purchased an eatsmart food scale of amazon and it should be here by the 1st. I can't wait to get in. I know it will be a challenge at first with eating the right portions, but I feel like if I keep up with it I will definitely see results.
