I've found I'm far more successful when I track my macros vs my calories. Does anyone else feel this way?

Counting macros indirectly counts calories. Perhaps you are just being more satiated.3

Do you mean you are far more successful when you make sure you get adequate protein and fats? I can see how that is a factor. If you are counting macros you're still counting calories though.6

I'm currently trying to figure out what works best for my body as far as nutrition goes. I'm new to calorie/macro tracking0

I am on a high protein diet and pay more attn to getting enough protein w/in my cal allowance. The carbs and fats take care of themselves when I do.0

Your calories will always be more important than your macros.
Why not track both?0
