Looking to connect with fellow young people w/similar goals

Hi, 18 year old female here whose been involved in health and fitness for the majority of her life. I'm looking to meet others around the same age (16-23) with similar goals for recommendations and to seek for and offer advice with.
Current experience:
Former athlete for 7 years
Lifting/weight training ~ 2 years
Current:
Gym 6 days a week, 1 hour long workouts
I'm on a strict cut at the moment for x amount of weeks until I'm satisfied with my bf percentage. My eating habits are clean and I'm on a caloric deficit. Looking for general recomposition with decrease in bf% to be current m priority. I'm going to make a recomp log on here on a separate post. Feel free to follow that...

Anyone else here with similar goals?

  • Hi! I might be a little late, but if not:I'm 17,made a huge break in training (for a couple of months, former athlete also), but now I'm trying to gain back my mm and lose fat. In caloric deficit and running 4 times a week and starting gym next week (3 times a week). Also new on MFP so i don't really know how adding friends here works, so add me if you want :)
