Hi, 18 year old female here whose been involved in health and fitness for the majority of her life. I'm looking to meet others around the same age (16-23) with similar goals for recommendations and to seek for and offer advice with.
Current experience:
Former athlete for 7 years
Lifting/weight training ~ 2 years
Current:
Gym 6 days a week, 1 hour long workouts
I'm on a strict cut at the moment for x amount of weeks until I'm satisfied with my bf percentage. My eating habits are clean and I'm on a caloric deficit. Looking for general recomposition with decrease in bf% to be current m priority. I'm going to make a recomp log on here on a separate post. Feel free to follow that...

Hi! I might be a little late, but if not:I'm 17,made a huge break in training (for a couple of months, former athlete also), but now I'm trying to gain back my mm and lose fat. In caloric deficit and running 4 times a week and starting gym next week (3 times a week). Also new on MFP so i don't really know how adding friends here works, so add me if you want0
