I am using Total Gym XLS as part of my plan

Like the topic says, I have a Total Gym XLS that I use once a week. That is all I can handle at the moment but I do a mid-week ab and cardio workout.

I had to Create my Total Gym exercises on my Exercise page and count the incline level as "weight" when I punch in the info. It works well because then I don't need a separate web membership to track exercises. I don't count the burned calories (whatever they may be) because TG is simply a tool to "wake up" my muscles. Things are going well.

I am just wondering if anybody has gone through a Total Gym "makeover"? I know there are many reviews online but I want to hear from you, the MFP community.
