Getting Back on Track

About 3 years ago I lost 50 lbs. and did so quite quickly! I was exercising daily, recorded all of my food on MyFitnessPal and looked great. I just recently got back on the scale to find that I gained almost all of my weight back... so once again time for a change. I have been recording my food but just can't seem to come close to my goals for nutrition. I need some advice for the best ways to curb cravings and how to get full without all the calories!
