Hello from a returned logger!

A quick hello to all and sundry. I was a regular logger about 2 years ago and had some success. Just here to lose the few extra KGs I carry and become healthier in the process and then mainatin. I never got involved in the community last time but I think it could be fun.

I have a desk job so I dont get about much during the day. I drive to the post office three days a week and I will now be walking instead.

I want to see what other people are eating to give me some food ideas. I pretty much just try to reduce calories by reducing carbs, fats, sugars - try to find a lower calorie alternative to what I am already eating. Eg:

Having wraps and using sorj bread instead of a thicker option.
Eating indian/thai etc and having more curry and less rice and roti.
Having stir fry without the noodles
Using stevia instead of sugar...

My partner and I are renovating at the moment and removing the insane amounts of ivy from our yard has kept me pretty active on weekends. I am planning on dusting off my rowing machine and walking the dog more regularly but no gym membership for me!

Probably my problem areas would be a bit of a muffin top bulge and general lack of toning.

Would love some friends to motivate me and that I can motivate in return!
