Any Advice? I need to lose 6+ stone

I'm on a 1500 calorie intake daily. What exercise is good at the gym?

What kind of exercise sounds like fun to you? Exercise isn't necessary for weight loss; you can start losing with diet alone. Cardio can provide you with additional calories to add to your total (so you get to eat more) and it's good for your heart, lungs, etc. Resistance training can help you keep the muscle you do have so you don't lose a lot of muscle as you're also losing fat. The most important thing is to choose exercise that interests you and sounds like you'd enjoy it so that you stick with it.2

I've found that the combo of running and weight lifting helped me both lose weight the most and look and feel my best! I run 4 times a week (mon, wed, fri, sat) for about 40-60 mins and do strength training after the runs. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I swim a mile and go in the sauna afterwards and I take Sundays off.
If you don't like just jogging for an hour- I don't blame you- do some sprints!
