Back at it again!

I'm Lindsay, 28 years old, and hoping to lose at least 50 pounds but my ultimate goal is to lose 80 pounds. I know my main issue is stress eating and consuming too much junk food, so I've cut back heavily on that, introduced way more vegetables to my diet (been loving squash lately) and keeping my calories under what My Fitness Pal recommends. Normally I fall off the wagon after I drop about 10 pounds so I'm hoping this time I can finally achieve my goal! If anyone has any tips, let me know!
