- currently trying to drop weight and gain muscle. been gaining some muscle. haven't been eating so well recently esp since work has been pretty busy and stuff. it can get busy at the office. l really wanted to lose a lot of weight and l used to be around 129 lbs at 19 so about 5 years ago. went up to almost 190/200 and last time I checked around 170s 180s. l used to be really small. l want to have muscle but lose a lot of weight. l really want to become shredded and its taking a lot of time and really hard to stick to the diet. From Toronto. sometimes its really hard esp when l feel like lm alone and stuff. ughhhh lol.
