I snapped my atfl shortly after i had my son and have 90 pounds to lose! Please add me so i can stay motivated!

    Sorry to hear of your injury. I tore ligaments in my ankle and foot a couple of years ago and it still bothers me sometimes so I can't imagine a more severe injury :disappointed: . Best of luck to you!
