    I buy P28 wraps, they have protein added into them (26 grams per wrap) so they are super filling! I only need 1/2 for lunch and I put 1 slice of natural pepperjack cheese, 3 ounces of ground turkey and a bunch of spinach!

    I get the low carb tortillas for my wraps and they are only 50 calories! And they have a roasted tomato one out now too!
    I make tuna wraps and breakfast wraps oh oh and BLAT wraps. (blt + avocado) Pretty much anything that I would use bread for I use the low carb tortillas and it works for me!
