Hey, my name is Ebony. I don't think I have introduced myself. I have been using the food diary on here for a little while now. I am actually trying to prep for my bariatric surgery. I have been doing great keeping active and counting calories, but I have a hard time with the daily protein shakes. I know that they are going to be looking at that.

Some basic information on me. I am almost 32 years old. I started to gain weight after my mother died. My aunt ridiculed me beyond belief. She even separated the food that I ate from what the rest of the family made. Needless to say, it set me up for an eating disorders. I have experienced binge eating and bulimia for many years. I've been in recovery from the bulimia for a few years and the binge eating I am just starting to really work on.

I am 342 and I have to lose 15 before doing bariatric surgery.
