5 days of logging..

Hi, always looking for motivation and always here to motivate others - love seeing success!
I started using the app 5 days ago, logging my meals on a 1650 calorie diet. Lost 7lbs myself before this to get down to 12st 5lbs and have lost another 1.5lbs so far!
Getting back to HIIT workouts this week, hoping to get under 12st in the next couple weeks - with my goal weight 10.5st as I'm only 5'3" ish!
Anyone got similar goals, any tips for speedier losses or want to add me feel free! X
