I'm on day 4 of the Keto diet & managed to lose about 7 lbs, going from 222 lbs to 213.2 i'm vegetarian and in need of some ideas on what meals i can put together for variety, currently eating eggs, cheese, stir-fry's, nuts, Quorn, strawberries, raspberries with Greek yogurt but i'm running out of ideas. Thanks.
