I went to the doctor and Friday and cried in my car afterwards. I couldn't shake this feeling of hopelessness and all I kept thinking was what if I got sick because of my weight and my son didn't have his mommy anymore.
For me, for my son, here I go again.
I am officially at my highest weight ever. I know that with some hard work and encouragement I can do this. I just want to feel good. Lately, my clothes are not comfortable, I feel ugly, I don't love myself. I want that to change. So here we go...

    Good for you for getting back on track, you can sure do this - and have plenty of support for when you struggle, where all in this together :D

    You wrote my post. Today I start over (again). But this time I am determined to be successful. I was able to do it 20 years ago, I know I can do it again.
