Nice article! Something I've noticed is that if you look at the labels for something "low-fat" versus "No added sugar", you'll find, in some cases, that the 'no added sugar' item is actually lower in calories. IE: Publix Light Vanilla = 110cal 4g fat, Publix No Sugar Added Vanilla = 90cal, 3.5g fat. Just check for artifical sweeteners (which I don't eat).0
