My friend has given me today 2 x 1 litre cartons of egg whites (she is off away for a month on holiday )
What can I make with them, I've only really had egg white omelette before with them, any suggestion ?
Thanks

I like to make Mini crustless quiche's you just make them in a cupcake tray with a wrapper, I made mine with a bunch of veggies a little cheese, ham and bacon and they came out to be about 180 calories a piece. They froze amazingly well.

Protein pancakes. Or add a few whole eggs and make an omelette or bake a big tray of frittata

Egg whites freeze well so no need to use them all up immediately.

Definitely I would put some away in the freezer for later.

I would do the same! Mini quiches are great for on-the-go.

Seconded. Portion them up and freeze them and then you can use as needed.

Yep. portion and freeze up. Defrost in the fridge overnight.

I always struggle to get through that Costco 4 pack hahaha. Thanks!
