I weigh in every Friday and measure at about the middle of each month :bigsmile: While my weigh will keep dropping, my measurements take time to "add up".

Hello! Just joined and was wondering the same thing! Planning on weighing in weekly. That also gives me time to get new batteries for my scales as they have just given up!

I weigh in on a Monday but am changing that to a Sunday. I often forget on Monday's in the early morning rush to get to work.
