Hi everyone....7 days straight I have been logging my food. Not as bad as expected. Any tips I need to know about about :lol:

    great job! consistency is key. sometimes if overwhelmed, pre-logging the next day comes in handy. Also, get a food scale if you don't have one already, for accuracy on your intake. Don't omit any one type of food you enjoy, just fit it in your day. And one bad day will not ruin your plan, just pick up where you left off. Good luck!

    ETA: If you weight yourself daily, you may see fluctuations in the numbers. This is common, and likely water weight coming and going.
