Just wondering best strength and cardio to balance my features a little better

    Unfortunately your genetics will determine the outcome. The most important thing I could tell you is to learn to accept whatever shape your body is and embrace it. You can build muscle but once again your genetics are going to determine the outcome due to how your skeleton and muscle development

    A progressive program built around bench, ohp, squats and deadlifts. Your body shape doesn't really matter. If you want to try to balance the body work on building up chest, lats, traps, shoulders, arms.
