Of the three things bread dough won't stick to, one has zero calories.

While making pizza dough today, I remembered that fresh bread dough does not stick to water. There's no need to dust the counter with flour or coat it with oil. I spritzed my hands, the dough scraper, and the counter and was set to go! No worries of added calories.
