Hello! I've been using this app for a while and I just want to get something out in the open. Eating is important and excerise is important. We all know that. Don't become obsessed with dieting and counting your calories. And definitely DONT starve yourselves. I know you guys are going to reach your goals but part of that is feeling good and not hating life to get where you wanna be. I use this app to mostly see which foods work together and what is just completely unhealthy and needs to be cut from my diet. Good luck everyone, stay strong!
