Hi,
Just curious to find out what people like for home workout DVDS that don't require a lot of jumping around (ie: Insanity, P90X). I have neighbors below me that I don't think would like that, plus I already do alot of cardio on my own (spinning and running). I would like something that is more weight training. I thought maybe the Les Mills Bodypump series. Anyone try that? Thanks!
