Worst foods

What have been foods that were so bad and ruined your macros without any/much benefit (so much so that you no longer eat it anymore cause it's not worth it)?

For me, it's

Chocolate pizza - at 250 cal per slice it adds up VERY quickly
Medjool dates - 70 cals per piece is ridiculous, doesn't matter how good they taste
Anything from Baker's delight - even normal bread is higher calories
Milk chocolate fondue - twice the cals of dark chocolate fondue
Chewy caramels - 50 cals a piece is too much
Max Brenner Italian style hot chocolate (or any rich hot chocolate) - 600 cals per cup!!
Rolo - 50 cals for just 1 square is ridiculous when they come in packs of 20.
Tim tams - I love them but 90 cals per biscuit is not viable
Chocolate muesli bars - 140 cals per bar and not very filling at that
Icing - it's too much of a temptation and about 80 cals per teaspoon!!
Golden syrup - as bad as icing
Marshmallows - about 15 calories each but I like them too much and they add up
Chocolate milkshakes - about 800 calories per cup. Just plain bad
Wedges - had 13 once and it was 500+ calories. to think I used to eat way more than that!!
Cheesecake - easily 500 calories a slice
Ice cream (of any kind) from the container - can't trust myself to portion properly

any type of processed food in a box
    sauces gravies
    fast food
    sweets
  • Hahahaha that's gold!!! It's exactly what I was thinking with some of that food. Especially the dates and marshmallow's!!! Also nuts, there really isn't any point eating and forget dried fruit of any kind. lol If you like popcorn I usually make a big bowl of that especially air popped or use a little spray oil so some salt can stick to it. :)

I reckon the occasional Tim Tam is good for the soul but I agree with you about Bakers delight. The bag always looks greasy when you get it home so I can only imagine how much extra fat they shove in.

    Agreed on Baker's Delight.

I don't like Tim Tams EXCEPT the new choc orange ones - OMG, so good! We get the pack of 5 and I have 1 and my husband eats the other 4 lol
