Trying to get back on track!

A little over a year ago I lost 37 pounds. I felt great. I was taking walks and jogging everyday. This caused me to have three herniated discs which has impacted me a lot lately. Now I gained all of that weight back plus 30 pounds. I am so disgusted with myself. Weight gain has really taken a toll on me. My back is constantly hurting. So is my knee and feet. I barely can fit into my clothes that are in my closet. I feel defeated. I've been telling myself for many many months that I want to get back on track. I want to lose around 130-150 pounds. I'm starting college in less than a month and am hoping this will motivate me. Feel free to add me, we can help each other along. I wish everyone luck!
