Can someone look at my Intermittent Fasting plan...

One of the trainers at my gym really wants me to try IF, because of my working schedule. I work from 4-10, so I'm always wanting to eat when I get off of work. I've done a bit of research, so I know a little bit about IF, but not a lot...I think I'm going to give it a try starting tomorrow. I was hoping someone with experience doing IF could have a look at my plan and let me know if I'm doing it right?

7am- Coffee
8am- Gym
9:30- Meal Number 1- 734 calories= 46% of my total calories; macro breakdown: 40/30/30 C/F/P 80g/24g/56g
1:30- Meal Number 2- 708 calories= 44% of my total calories; macro breakdown: 10/30/60 C/F/P 18g/25g/100g
5:30- Meal Number 3- 158 calories= 10% of my total calories; macro breakdown: 46/5/49 C/F/P 19g/1g/20g

Total calories: 1600 calories; macro breakdown: 28/28/44 C/F/P 117g/50g/176g
