Counting macros

How can i know how many macros i need daily to maintain weight and also be stronger? I am currently 57 kg, 167cm and train 5-6 times a week (weights, cardio, crossfit) I mostly eat healthy (but fewer carbs) but i also have my ice cream and pizza twice a week ( everything in balance)

Follow what this site tells you. enter your stats, eat those amounts, use the fat and protein as minimums and carbs as a maximum.2

Reevaluate every 2 weeks until you find what works. A lot of people use macros from other sites and import them here.1
