30 Day Shred moving up a level advice

I'm in my 20s and had years of not fitness but I should be able to overcome the toughness from the 30 day shred.
Level one I managed to do. Level 2 my one leg has been very achey so I took a day's break for the first time and also went down to Anita style.
My leg isn't as bad as before but still achey and it's now day 8 of level 2. Should I keep doing level 2 until I can do Natalie's moves? Or at least most of them like in level 1?
