Toronto friends looking for help each other and workout together?

Hello people, i am starting over and my realistic journeu is 20 pounds. It is very difficult for me keep me motivated and the only time I really had success was when I workout with my friend. Anyone from Toronto willing to do this together? :)

    Well, I'm kosher and vegetarian. Beyond that, I try to hit my protein and iron targets and let the rest fall where it may. It usually falls with me coming close to, or slightly exceeding carbs and getting 50-60% of fat.

    As far as exercise, I walk, I've got a fitness glider, and I'm doing a strength training regimen (mostly dumbbells up to 10 lbs, stability ball, cardio step, and body-weight) out of a book called Strength Training: Exercises for Women by Joan Pagano.
